CMS – HIGLAS/HITECH – New Contract – Multiple Positions – Baltimore, MD
Project Lead/Manager- Tantus is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Program Manager on a Federal project team. The Program Manager will provide strategic vision and oversight of development, implementation, and maintenance. The major functional areas required for this work are IT technical oversight and software development, application, and maintenance support; and administrative support.
Financial Application Functional Specialists(3) - This will be a functional role requiring a minimum of five years’ experience in Oracle Financials and procurement applications. This role will support the development tasks under HIGLAS and specifically for the Admin/Accounting and Benefits groups. This work will require specific knowledge of AR, AP, GL and Procure to pay..
Data Management - This position on the team will require ten years’ experience working on Oracle Federal Financial Applications and at least five year’s experience managing and implementing functional and technical solutions, and providing business process improvements to Oracle Federal Financial Applications. This role will also require experience with OBIEE.
Oracle Applications and Infrastructure Architect – This position will provide technical expertise and analysis to assist a federal agency in the oversight, validation, and verification of systems operations activities to monitor the systems operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness and analyze operations performance measurements. The Analyst will monitor and assess the infrastructure activities in the areas of processing, utilization, performance, instance availability and security. The Analyst will also provide engineering architecture and systems engineering support, which includes Application Operations Management
Operations and Maintenance group – 2 Resources - O&M Manager and Analyst –This group will provide support for ongoing testing and release management, change request instructions, and gap assessments. Additionally, support shall consist of review, comments, meetings, white papers, and issue and defect tracking as needed.
o O&M duties include:
- Support the federal team with activities associated with the federal agency Integrated IT Investment and System Life Cycle Framework. This includes, but is not limited to, support for: project management, change management, risk management, requirements development, interface coordination, business process reengineering, testing, reporting, development of project material in support of gate reviews, and other project-related documentation, as needed.
- Oversee existing operations and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain business and IT operations through service request response, incidence response, and problem response.
Technical Solutions Practice Area
Database Administrator – We are looking for a Oracle DBA that has experience with PRISM.
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (DWBI) Developer – we are looking for a developer specializing in the areas of Reporting, Data Visualizations and/or Data Dashboards. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and development of Business Objects (BO), Tableau, and/or Domo (formally known as Corda) dashboards and reports. A demonstrated understanding of Business Intelligence/Dashboard/Visualization is required for this position including data presentation techniques. Additionally, experience with financial data is a plus.
Oracle Application Developer – Requires B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 5 years experience in Oracle applications development. Position also requires: Excellent knowledge of Oracle Purchasing, Payables and General Ledger Application related tables and API’s; very strong experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Workflow, Oracle Forms Personalization and Oracle Discoverer; strong experience working with forms 11g, Oracle Application Framework, JDeveloper, Oracle BPEL, Reports, PL/SQL packages/procedures based programming for data conversions and interface development; strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated technical leadership experience; ability to handle multiple projects concurrently; experience designing and developing Oracle Applications Extensions; strong presentation/client facing/sales skills; ability to prepare and present White papers/solutions/options document for customer requirements. Will be responsible for the development of an Oracle Applications eBusiness environment in terms of design and development of Oracle based applications, interfaces, reports and data conversions. Responsibilities include: provide functional and technical subject matter expertise to support development efforts for Oracle Applications; create technical design recommendations for developing and integrating programs per written specifications; ensure technical deliverables are compliant with standards; develop, maintain, support and update code based on Systems development Lifecycle methodology; evaluate and recommend action on new software versions and service packs from the commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) vendor as it pertains to Oracle Applications; provide technical support and expertise in requirements, design and code reviews; provide technical support for month-end reporting, data clean-up, reconciliation and requirements; conduct systems analysis and develop option papers or “White” papers detailing research and options; develop reports using Oracle Web reports or Discoverer to support business needs; support project planning by developing Level of Effort (LOE) estimates and review, and provide input to project documentation; provide technical expertise during Technical Review Boards, Change Control Boards and Change Control Committees; test, modify and implement application codes; make standard modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with high-level specifications, application support and industry standards. PeopleSoft Grants Management module Lead – We are looking for a candidate who will provide high quality PeopleSoft functional consulting services to WAMATA and help them gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft application. The candidate will effectively manage scope and customer expectations on individual assignments and follow through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues. The candidate will share PeopleSoft Grants Management and Accounting knowledge and expertise with the client to help develop the client’s understanding of the functionality of the Grants Management Module.
HHS - UFMS System Specific experience with exposure to OBIEE.
Project Manager - We are looking for a candidate who will manage, lead teams to develop and implement solutions using Oracle Applications (Financials, Manufacturing, Oracle Public Sector Financials), Oracle Hyperion Budgeting and Planning tool, PRISM Acquisition & Contract Management System, Gelco Travel Manager; utilize Oracle Forms and Reports, OTMI, OCI, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Unix, SQL Loader, TOAD, Waterfall SDLC, Agile, ITIL etc; responsible for resource, deliverable, technology and project management; provide operational support, coordinate meetings with stake holders; review, implement operational plans, strategies; collaborate with management for issue and status reporting, implement new technologies & software applications
Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any major) and 5 years of relevant progressive experience in project management, Oracle Applications, Oracle Hyperion, PRISM, Gelco Travel Manager, OTMI. PMP Certification
