The Tantus Touch
The Tantus Touch Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) is the Tantus approach for managing a project’s lifecycle from conception to delivery.  It is adapted from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and Tantus custom processes.

The PMLC is compliant with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development V1.2 and includes the processes and procedures to ensure a uniform and successful implementation of project management disciplines across all Tantus programs.

The Tantus Touch promotes predictable delivery of solutions to complex problems and ensures repeatable process that yield high quality results.

Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
Tantus provides IV&V services to promote increased security and protection for our client’s resources and interests. We perform comprehensive audits to determine the quality of our customer’s processes and systems, as well as extensive risk management analyses to determine possible threats. After our analysis and threat identification, Tantus will provide the client with a detailed assessment of our findings, in addition to a remediation plan. These services offer our customers an unbiased review of their processes and systems, allowing our customers to better determine the effectiveness of their organization’s efforts.

Earned Value Management Reporting
Tantus uses Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting to integrate project scope with schedule and cost elements for optimum project planning and control.  Our reports track cost milestones and accumulate cost against project milestones to ensure our projects stay on budget and on time.
