Quality Assurance Analyst

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • B.S. in IT-related or scientific field preferred (will consider experience in place of degree).
  • 4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst.
  • Must be able to execute directions from technical managers and deliver completed assignments in a timely manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical people.
  • Experience as a federal software/IT contractor.
  • Experience working successfully on a team.
  • Desired experience with: SAFe Agile development methodology, IBM RTC and RQM, and SAP Business Objects and SAP HANA.

Application Engineer

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three years of experience leading small teams of 3-7 software developers building COTS and Custom Web application solutions.
  • A minimum of three years Cold Fusion and Microsoft .NET platform (with C# language) hands-on software development experience with the following technologies is required:
    • .NET Framework
    • Cold Fusion v5 and later
    • GUI design/development

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience managing a project team of 15+ resources (responsible for day-to-day management of resources, timesheet review and approvals, performance appraisals, and compliance with corporate policies).
  • Experience with SDLC & Agile processes; operational management principles and techniques (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and Kanban); and operating in a complex and integrated team environment.

Senior Agile Practitioner

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing a variety of Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, XP, Lean, Kanban) across several full lifecycle software development projects, including direct experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and/or Developer.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as Scaled Agile Practitioner, with direct experience successfully implementing SAFe in an IT development environment.
  • Experience with Federal Government projects preferable.
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification (i.e. CSM/PSM, PO, ACP-PMI).
  • SAFe-related certification (i.e. SA).

Line of Business Manager/Program Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years in program management (managing multiple projects) and 5-7 years’ project management experience.

Senior UX Designer

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of UX experience, including projects that span a significant user base (greater than 500 end users). Enterprise or business application experience strongly preferred.
  • A portfolio showing visual design and branding artifacts, as well as other UX design artifacts such as case studies or prototypes.

Cyber Security Analyst

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of Cyber Security experience with thorough knowledge of FISMA Requirements (especially NIST SP 800-137, 800-37 Rev1, SP 800-53 Rev4 Publications, FIPS), DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program, and working knowledge of current security tools and technologies.
  • Ability to design and conduct security assessments, and to understand and establish Common Controls and control inheritance mappings.
  • Experience working with Cloud Service Providers and related FedRAMP and Skyhigh vendors; completing CIO Annual FISMA Metrics report; using security reporting tools and automated vulnerability scanners; creating and updating security policies; designing Security Awareness Training content and questions; and using Splunk or related certification.
  • Strong understanding of network designs and protocols, and of secure Oracle database designs and configurations.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel and Word version 2010 or higher.
