Project Manager

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ), End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS)

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • Strong analytical experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum SDLC.
  • Experience with CMS XLC processes is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead a team through the software development and implementation process.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing and controlling schedules and resources.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multi-task projects and multiple projects concurrently, as well as managing project risks and issues.
  • Excellent client and team building skills.
  • Experience in multiple types of environments, including Waterfall and Agile, is preferred.

Senior Business Analyst

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to become a primary and secondary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business domains.
  • Ability to master the development toolset.
  • Experience with SQL or SQL queries.
  • Experience with collecting data from various sources; and with validating, combining, structuring, storing, distributing, analyzing, and reporting data and trends.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; ability to communicate data, analysis, and findings effectively and clearly.
  • Prior experience with Department of State systems and/or processes is a plus.
  • 5 or more years with SDLC of large complex government software systems preferred.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) development, enterprise reporting and analytic tools, and decision support solutions preferred.

Senior Capture Manager

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and business analysis skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role for a federal consulting firm.
  • Sound, objective judgment, and the ability to proactively anticipate and address functional and organizational trends.
  • Ability to analyze high volumes of complex information, and identify the most critical components.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Program Manager

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • B.S. or a more advanced degree from an accredited institution in an engineering or equivalent technical field, e.g. Computer Information Systems. (Will consider experience in place of degree.)
  • Solid understanding of the Tech Ops related (6000 series) Orders and Directives.
  • Prior experience supporting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs/projects, which may include:
  •  Demonstrated experience in:
    • Tech Ops Management experience, OCC Operations Management, or Systems Service Center (SSC) Management.
    • Field experience maintaining and certifying operational facilities supporting live air traffic operating in the NAS.
    • Experience using RMM to remotely monitor and perform operational checks on certified FAA facilities.
  • 12+ years of experience with FAA processes.
  • 12+ years of FAA Tech Ops Management experience.
  • Knowledge of software systems, open source tools, system integration, and inter-system communications and messaging.
  • Knowledge of the certification process for FAA commissioned facilities.
  • Tech Ops field experience in the G-NAS or ARTCC.

Proposal Manager

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing Federal proposals or related work.
  • Shipley training or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, writing and editing skills, and communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project coordination skills, with ability to track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables and handle pressure in a positive manner.
  • Previous federal government proposal experience in a government contracting environment and familiarity with small business processes.
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the components of a solicitation and how they drive the development of a proposal.
  • Strong collaborative skills and strong interest to work in a fast paced environment.

ARD Project Manager

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or another related degree of study.
  • PMP certification.
  • 12-15 years of program/project management experience managing successful medium to large IT enterprise programs/projects (strong references required).
  • 7+ years of Management Consulting experience.
  • Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, project management principles and techniques, and operating in a complex and integrated team environment.
  • Successful experience working within a large government agency, interfacing regularly with senior-level executives.
  • Knowledge of the Department of Health and Human Services and/or its related agencies is desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial audit requirements strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP certification.
  • 3-5 years in program management, managing multiple projects.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience minimum.
  • Experience working across integrated project teams.
  • Federal government agency work experience; understanding of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ), and the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) Program is preferred.
  • Understanding of CMMI ML3 processes preferred.

  • 3-5 years of SAP Business Objects experience supporting Dev, QA, and Production environments.
