Business Analyst

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience with Department of State systems and/or processes is a plus.
  • 5 or more years with SDLC of large complex government software systems preferred.
  • Ability to become a primary and secondary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business domains.
  • Ability to master the development toolset.
  • Experience with SQL or SQL queries.
  • Knowledge and experience collecting data from various data sources and validating, combining, structuring, storing, distributing, analyzing, and reporting data and trends.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage detailed work on multiple work streams and communicate status to all levels.

Project Manager

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, IT, or another relevant field.
  • 3+ years of management experience on projects and programs with a focus on Healthcare related initiatives (or equivalent training/experience).
  • PMP and/or CSM certification desired.
  • Understanding of CMMI ML3 processes preferred.
  • Experience with CMS XLC processes is a plus.

Portfolio and Project Management System (PPMS) Technical Consultant

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Java and JavaServer Pages (JSP) technology.
  • Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise business solutions, especially Enterprise Portfolio Management Systems.

Enterprise Services ServiceNow Service Center Support Analyst

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • 5+ years of full project implementation lifecycle experience.
  • 5+ years of system analysis and requirements gathering experience.

Sr. Business Objects Data Warehouse Architect

Requirements: Education/special skills/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading successful data warehousing implementations with a broad experience and background in application development.
  • Experience must include Business Objects Data Architecture with dimensional modeling and Universe design, including creating complex Xcelsius Dashboards, WebI, Crystal Reports connecting to WebI, Crystal Reports using Live Office, Open Document XML, Web Service hosted on Business Objects XI 3.1, design and installation of large scale Business Objects Enterprise and writing SQL queries with a strong knowledge of databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to support project requirements that include internal and external customers; strong analytical, conceptual, and problem solving abilities; and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
