Our Solution:

Tantus helped ISG write and deliver against its first-ever strategic plan, which incorporated United States Digital Services (USDS) best practices; transformed services and service delivery through the use of Human Centered Design (HCD); expanded use of open source platforms/services/tools to lower costs; and transformed the organization through leveraging the agile, cloud, and DevOps.


  • Designed and operate the Quality Collaboration Facility, located next door to CMS HQ, for use by all CCSQ Agile teams.
  • Developed and lead the implementation of the ISG Playbook focused on organizational transformation to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), HCD, DevOps, cloud, data analytics, and open source—resulting in improved user satisfaction and significant cost savings.
  • Rolled out Atlassian tools to 1300+ users in the CCSQ community, centralizing information management and improving work transparency.
  • Established the Lean Agile and HCD Centers of Excellence and PM3 Strategy Realization Office.
